Full-Time Basis Controller & Office Manager
New York, NY Good with numbers? Exceptionally organized? Basis is looking for a full-time Controller & Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized and efficient, and experienced with Quickbooks and small business accounting.
Responsibilities: The Basis Controller & Office Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate financial, payroll and HR records, generating invoices and reports using QuickBooks, and communicating with our farmers and customers regarding payments and billing issues. Responsibilities also include managing A/R and collections, and general office organization and management. The Basis Controller & Office Manager should be extremely detail oriented, and have strong communication skills.
Qualifications: Successful candidates must be passionate about our mission. You will be part of a team committed to making good food, from good farmers, available to our customers at affordable price points.
• You should have strong written and oral communication skills
• You should have experience with small business accounting and be proficient with QuickBooks
• College degree required
